Mike Dean picture with the open project and what it looked like selected clips from each remix
Maybe Honey Dijon and Mike Dean are creating a megamix to go with the collection.

Madonna has never lost "relevance". People are confusing "trending" or "charting" with relevance. So many current and major artists love Madonna and openly embrace her contribution to their craft. Look at the charts... they are a pathetic mess. We have a pay to play situation and most trending artists are indistinguishable from one another. This standard and mindset of "irrelevance" would apply to a all legends. Are the Beatles irrelevant? Is Diana Ross irrelevant? Are the Rolling Stones irrelevant? Is Prince, Tupac or Nirvana irrelevant? Is Whitney irrelevant? Apparently, Beyonce, Gaga and Britney are all irrelevant too as the "hits" are not there. So, George Michael, the Cure and Sting are irrelevant too? Michael and Janet Jackson.... um.... I guess irrelevant too. Good lord. We cannot measure an artist's relevance in a moment in time. Madonna offered tremendous contributions for decades and still shapes the industry through thoses contributions... but now she is "irrelevant" because of fucking made up "trending and charting" systems? Wow!

Is a mega mix confirmed? I want a massive Celebration ! I want 50 remixes as M stated that she was working on.

Madonna will try to turn a fun remix dance record into a revolution lol WHY M?

Well, really look at the song selections... many of them were revolutionary, not just fun. Many of the songs, accompanying videos and live performances did disturb the peace. They pushed boundaries with socio-political contexts and challenged sexual politics. Many became feminist anthems, LGBTQ battle cries and also highlighted civil rights discourse. Madonna did show us a lot more than her ass. Referring to her body if work as a "revolution" is quite appropriate.

An album released in 2008 doesn’t need remastering.
It will need bonus tracks/remixes remastered.

I love it but it feels like it will be forever before we get a complete HD videography.

maybe a 50 song remix collection of Heartbeat remixes only
I love ❤️beat. It should have been a single. Candy Shop, as well.

I hope it will be in chronological order, leave her worst (imo) albums til last (sorry)
I want chronological order too but I loved Hard Candy and her three interscope records. Not to mention this is a celebration of 50 number ones and there were a ton on dance hits on the last four records.... a ton.

Sources say Kanye West will sing the choruses on all 50 tracks and Madonna's contribution will be added cowbell to each track. Hahahha

At this point of her state of mind, we should be happy she is not calling it "Remixed Candies" or "Remix Shop".. Just sayin'

Everyone’s way to literal about this.
Some of these won’t make the cut and she probably will include Human NatureShe loves Human Nature and it was a number 2.

This looks so good! hoping for a cover like this or a la Celebration, something abstract and no more generic face closeups a la MX (sorry not sorry, the covers were too generic)
The Madame X (Frida Kahlo) cover was superb. Iconic and unique. I loved it.

It looks like it's all old remixes, but I do think the new Frozen Remix will take the spot of the old one. And they will use the Frozen Remix ft Swae Lee to promote the remix collection. Kinda like what Dua Lipa did with Madonna for her remixed album.
I doubt that the new Frozen remix will be included. It is hardly contains her vocals. It really is a new song. I like it but I doubt that it will replace a proper Mdolla number.

If they mix them all together it would just be a double vinyl. But most likely just a digital release.
50 songs on a double vinyl? Not sure about that.

im not talking about madonna's profit. i'm talking about warners profit, madonna's profit, the writers profit, the producers profit etc etc. will it be worth it for warner after the costs? thats the question they'll be asking. i'm dubious so expecting streaming only
I agree and disagree with you. The profit from an individual expanded release is questionable but when you consider the increased interest in her catalog.... Wow! To many people, Madonna's work after the Music album is "shiny and new". Madonna's legacy and complete catalog will be promoted with each release. Madonna is no ordinary star. This could be an exponential expansion of her brand. People really do like her, even the fans not obsessed with her. A little nostalgic reminder of her work coul a really pay off.

You don't have 40 years worth of remixes remastered and handpicked by Madonna. None of us do.... yet.
