Sticky & Sweet, MDNA and RH were 80+ shows she will be fine, she's in her 60s not her 90 it comes across sometimes on here that she is decrepit, whther people realise it but some fans here can seem really ageist
Totally. Tina Turner did over 80 dates on her very last tour, a lot of them back to back, and she was 69 at the time.

Disagree again - at least for my section of the US. I work in entertainment. At a venue that brings in big acts (Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Aerosmith, Patti Labelle, Mary J Blige...) We work closely with Ticketmaster. No one in my office knew she announced a tour today. And, sadly, no one cared that she did. I, the token gay, was the only reason any of them knew. I look at it as a glass half-full: better available seats for me.
What's there to disagree with? There ARE news reports about the tour in every major news outlet - from BBC to Guardian, etc. I've had several messages throughout the day from friends who only have passing interest in M asking if I'd heard about the tour. The word is spreading and it's reaching general public for sure.

How does the Everybody vinyl sounds ? Is it as loud and distorded as the streamed version ?
To my ears it sounds better than the digital version but I still prefer the original.

So Gambler was planned to be on Celebration but not Angel, True Blue, Causing a Commotion, Rescue Me, Deeper and Deeper, I’ll Remember…. ?
There's no evidence for that whatsoever.

I don't think it has anything to do with the "Celebration" remastering sessions, honestly.
First, probably "Gambler" wasn't even back to Warner yet in 2009? According to the 35 years US copyright law, the song master must have reverted back to Madonna in 2020 and then it became part of the whole new Warner deal?
Where did this idea that Gambler wasn't Warner's to begin with come from though? Warner is credited on all original 1985 labels. Only the B-side, not performed by M, is credited to Geffen, as is the case with Crazy For You releases. Unless I'm missing something?

I know there's no CD but I wonder whether the comic book is included in this re-print.

According to Rough Trade there are only 2,000 copies of this?

This is the paradox many fans are experiencing and we should reflect on this with maturity and not with sarcasm.
Cause moaning about something that hasn't been even announced yet is, like, super-duper mature?

Not excited for a Stadium tour. Firstly because most wont get a chance to see it
What do you mean? Stadium tours are actually the opportunity to be seen by as many people as possible.

Again, I'm talking about her attitude, not her work.
And anyway I'm sure some people found the "Erotica" and "Deeper And Deeper" videos utter trash at the time.
I remember vividly in the early days of the internet, fans on Madonna message boards talking about how Deeper And Deeper sounded like a Kylie b-side and how nasal she sounds on Bad Girl, like she couldn't care even to go back and sing it properly.

Nice but it's not a sample .

i think it should be a show of respect to UK fans as well but I’ll wait now to be called Madonna hater, the royals are shit, not all people in the UK support the Royals, there’s only 1 Queen and that’s Madonna etc
There are plenty of people in UK who don't support the monarchy.
The Girlie Show Finale Question

OK, so this is a bit random but I've been wondering about it for some time. Were there any dates on the tour where Luca Tomassini made it to the stage on time for "Everybody"? It doesn't seem to me to be a scripted moment (like the stage "invasion" during "Deeper and Deeper"), and she often seems genuinely annoyed with him ("I'm tired of waiting for you Luca!" in Fukuoka)?
