Yes, it's just a post to get fan pumped and talking about the set list and what they hope to hear.  The setlist is most definitely set and she ain't gonna be changing the show's set list at this point in the game.

She could be doing a section like the acoustic on Rebel Heart or the sing-along on Sticky that varies from night to night.

She may.  It would be great; that way fans get to hear other songs from her catalog that may not be on the setlist.  Obviously, she's probably going to leave off many songs fans still want to hear because her catalog is so massive, it's going to be hard to please everyone.

That could end up working in her favor because she could do another greatest hits tour down the road. Keep a few tentpole songs like La Isla, Vogue, Material Girl, and Like a Prayer, and change the rest of the setlist to hits she missed the first time around.
