I don't think they ever had any intention of releasing it yet. They never even announced it. They would have announced it by now if they had any actual plans for release.

That's my thought too.  Though, they didn't announce the Rebel Heart Live vinyl either.  It just appeared as a pre-order and nothing was said of it.

Me too, if you don't have Paramount+ how on earth do you stream Madame X concert?

There are other avenues in watching this digitally or streaming, but at the end of the day, it's about who can afford what.
