Imagining True Blue era Madonna recording Spotlight at the studio with her short blond hair on.

Well the album was recorded between september and december of 1985 and she had shoulder lenght blond hair then.

I think her hair was long when she recorded True Blue. At the press conference in London, when she filmed Shanghai Surprise, she said that she was in the process of mixing the album.
She cut it off when it was time to shoot the video for Papa Don't Preach and for the photo sessions with Herb Ritts for the album cover...
But I'm pretty sure she had that short blonde hair when she recorded the songs for Who's That Girl.

In this article, it says here that the rarest Madonna cassette tape ever made was The Madonna Collection 4 Cassette Set released here in the Philippines only way back 1987. I believe her demo tapes were the rarest ones.

I remember this song and the album when I was on preparatory (semi-kinder) school, they used this track on our foundation day as a pageant walk show. 💙✨

It's great to see that at least True Blue was made an Anniversary Special in its 35th anniversary. Her debut, Like A Virgin, and Like A Prayer deserves to have these kind of Anniversary Special too. Honestly I don't like her 30th Anniversary special of Like A Prayer back on 2019.

It's great to see that Sire Records was the one who manufactured those albums of Depeche Mode in North American Territory. I saw some inlay designs of Depeche Mode albums that is the same as Madonna. I remember seeing their Music For The Masses album cassette tape side that has a font design and color similar to Madonna's True Blue.

Like wow, I would like to have a full copy of this without any missed recording from the beginning to end, without gaps from Papa Don't Preach and Hanky Panky. Unfortunately, this recording only available until the half of "Holiday". Better copy of this recording so far despite of Keep It Together not being recorded. I bet this was recorded from a 90 min Type II Chrome cassette tape.
Edit: I muxed my copy with this one so check that out.
