Epic is an understatement. I feel like it was absolutely breathtaking. The sound, image, choreography, everything and Express Yourself was amazing with that evil, angry and highly intelligent animation during the born this way part.

I'd sooner watch the worst performance from each of those than the best performances of the Trainwreck that was MDNA.

 

Also, can somebody tell me why on MDNA her microphone sounds like it has an old fashioned radio effect on it for half the concert? It's an awful quality sound compared to every other tour.

There are a lot of great moments, especially the ballads: True blue, Heartbreak city, Who's that girl, Ghosttown, La vie en rose (not the bad karaoke of Take a bow).

Unfortunately, Iconic is one of the less iconic openings, and Holiday is the worst live version of the song.

I gave a low mark to La isla bonita, because it shows to creativity, while the workshop flamenco version was fabulous!!

I think it is not her best show in terms of creativity but it was consistently entertaining start to end. Unlike MDNA which had some incredible moments but a slump in the middle. One amazing thing about RHT was the audience interaction which is more than she ever did on other tours. She was very fun. Madame X failed there because the interaction was overly scripted.

Also, while I agree the Holiday performance is not her best I think the energy of that moment with the crowd was wonderful. That song never fails.
