It's all over the Paris subway corridors

I checked the pitch, it's terrible. A wine heir meeting with childhood friends and Madonna's music accompanying their journey down memory lane...

Nothing else is known about this.

GOD, I HATE MUSICALS !

They play commercials on the morning news every day for this Once Upon A One More Time Broadway musical with Justin from From Justin To Kelly where its like Disney princesses singing Britney songs and it makes me want to die.

I love musicals, but jukebox musicals are usually bad.

There are now very many great and successful jukebox musicals: Mamma Mia, Moulin Rouge!, We Will Rock You, Rock of Ages, & Juliet, Priscilla - Queen of the Desert, The Bodyguard, Come Fly Away and many more. If you wrap the songs in an interesting story, a jukebox musical can delight just as much as a traditional one. Madonna's songs are just made for such a musical. Too bad that Desperately Seeking Susan already became a (terrible) musical without Madonna songs - they made it a jukebox musical for Blondie songs.

The story behind the play is 4 people that are friends since they were kids and while being different they have in common their love for Madonna. I assume the most part of the songs being from the 80s matches the story line. That's when they were younger in the 80s. Shame they don't do I'm going Bananas or BIM
