Rebel Heart doesn't have a lot of strong momentum, I would think its smarter to capitalize on Bitch I'm Madonna and announce sooner than later. The general public doesn't care that Madonna hasn't been to Australia in 2 decades but if they had a reason to keep talking about Madonna they would talk about the video, the Australian leg, and the tour and album.
