Is there any footage or pictures when they performed in Japan with the Blonde Ambition Jackets in the rain as shown at the beginning of Truth or Dare?

It is strange that I don't remember seeing any pictures or footage from it aside from the film...

If you watch the video again you can notice that when she's dancing with the jacket in the rain you can see a bit of what she is wearing under and you can see a bit of the colors from the causing a commotion outfit... Around the 0:11 mark
