I think she's just playing a little bit? It comes after the "I found love" line on "I Don't Search I Find" and includes MJ, Ingrid... That whole interlude is very tongue in cheek.

I agree.  It may have to do with the fact he was in her Bitch I'm Madonna video.  I am not sure it's exclusively limited to "lovers" but those she's good friends with as well.
