It makes sense seeing how Taiko drums are big in Asia so for the first segment. I was thinking of the songs that either Burning Up or Devil Pray (as much as I love it) could be substituted.

And yet lyrically Hold Tight is light years away from the five performed songs. Most likely Hold Tight never passed through the "workshop" phase of the tour. Burning Up is the debut album's Bitch I'm Madonna...

Is it just me who's annoyed that all European dates are the CHEAPEST on the entire tour and they are all getting the VIP photo commemorative book for as low as 140 euros, while in North America we're being scalped with the highest prices on the entire tour outside of Asia, and no one has gotten a book?  Not to mention even for $400 we still won't get the book unless we fork over at least $600. UGH Live Nation makes me mad.

Early Entry as well. From what I'm lead to believe its for every VIP package across the tour. It would make sense as there's 49,999 produced and there's definitely not that many in any one place. Even for MDNA Tour I think the lithograph in North America were only up to 2,500 (or maybe even 10,000) and that was in every one of them.
