Toni Braxton's Breathe Again was a big hit in several European countries which inspired Madonna to create Take A Bow.

 

As I said, Madonna was not scoring big hits in Europe during that time, only You'll See & Don't Cry For Me Argentina were proper hits for her at the time before she got a big resurgence with ROL.

 

I don't remember people would go to the record store to buy a Madonna single after Toni Braxton scored a hit.

I think M's artistic move at that time was not fully understood, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey were huge but their targets and audiences so different.

The central not working is a problem for songs like Messiah, BodyShop, Material Girl and Holiday ! It could be a problem for other angles in the DVD, I hope they'll fix it quick.
