I think it may have been one of the radio interviews.....someone put a load of them on the Audio section a long time ago. I remember this interview and didn't know this but absolutely made sense

Yet, we are lucky that Madonna has given us so much. There are plenty of artists who haven't given as much as she has over the past 40 years. And we can hardly say Madonna hasn't been musically active since Madame X. 

My guess when she does finally release a new studio album, it may have some impact on the general public being it'll be highly publicized being it would be her first new album in many years.

It makes me wonder if she will start from scratch with just one or two producers or compile the stuff she teased (yet never confirmed) with various producers since madame x. What do you guys think she will do?

there were 749 days between bedtime stories and Evita, yes it's a soundtrack album with other artists but it's still a madonna release

This time we had TV interviews, she went to the VMAs... Also, like it or not a compilation, pocket shows and the remixes /featurings.

I completely feel this, all the 1562 days, not having appreciated anything she released since then.

And I still think that, with all the flaws we know, her last two records were the best since 2005.

When I still watched MTV as a kid I remember the Frozen video got showed quite a bit.  I think it was the first video off Ray of Light.  

 

Most of the VJ's then were like wow very cool and good to see her again.  And that was only 1216 days between albums.

 

That list is hard to believe
