Are these mixes unreleased as in, they were only promo before and this is the first time they can be purchased officially,

or

these mixes had never been released before not even as promo and no one had heard them before?

They are just newly edited mixes edited by people at Warner Bros.

6 of them have never been released/surfaced before. they were probably re-edited for this release.

the long mix of M&F is officially released on a Rauhofer album, but no short edit. ER (long or edited) is unreleased.

Yes.

As I said above, these are not remixes that were sitting in a vault.

They are old, released mixes with new edits done by people working at Warner Bros.

I can fully imagine Madonna doing Directors Cuts of her album reissues where they don’t follow the structure of the original albums but they have her favourite remixes or tracks that didn’t make it instead. That would be so her.

Anyone know who remastered/edited this? According to the credits it was Madonna as sole producer but did she also engineer/remaster/redit? Because it appears as such. Obviously she knows how to do it. She’s been in the studio for about 45 years now.

There are no credits about the editing and remastering. Probably Johan? He's the creative director for this. Or just the Rhino in-house team.

Based US RSD website, it seems like "Made In Canada" (US & Canada) edition is limited to 8000 copies whereas remaining 9000 copies are "Made In Czech Republic".
