Like I said, those screens were always on the sides of stage so people who are far away can see what is happening on stage.

I prefer stylized and polished shows with proper video backgrounds.

Not use a video background doesn't mean the show isn't polished. There are other stuff that makes a show polished. The intro in this tour is simply brillant, bringing the focus on the human presence on stage not on the technology. This is Aldo part of her heritage, in the early days there were no video background, it was all about the humans on stage.

But there is still a screen showing Madonna on the stage, maybe not an actual video like on some other tours , but it still is a video projection. That's technology.

It's different use. Projecting what's happening on stage is good to create an instant connection with the audience. It is also necessary because people in the back or in the most higher sit can't see the details of the show.

Anyway i think when you have used a formula hundres of time it is good to change. You can't rely forever on the same formula and be creative at the same time. She is use pretty much the same kind of idea for a show from 2001 to 2015. Now it's time to explore something different.

Madonna did it before. Usually there were screens that weren't part of the show, but were next to the stage to show what is happening on the stage to people who are far away. A standard for a concert of any artist.

Madonna did this on WTG tour (a screen on stage) and she also had screens next to the stage for people who are far away which showed the entire show.

Why are people starting to get too critical on the setlist?

What did I miss? o.o

They need a good fuck.  And notice the people doing the most criticizing hasn't seen a damn show live. Some have no intention and come in here to moan and complain about every freakin' detail that no one else really cares about. :bubblebitch:
