I love American Life, so that's the album I listen the most. Also, Confessions on a Dance Floor has great songs, so it's also one of my most played ones, with Like a Prayer and Ray of Light (just great albums). Then, I think MDNA is another album I play so much (at least this year, in which I have enjoyed the album much more than in the past). And also, Music (which is my second favorite, even if I play it less than others). So then, less listened are Like a Virgin, Bedtime Stories and Erotica. The rest are albums I listen to occasionally, which doesn't mean that I don't like them (that's just about how often I listen to her albums).

Recently (maybe because of Madonna 40th Anniversary effect), I've been listening to her debut album over and over again. 

 

Well in my opinion, that album is perfect for studio pictorial/photoshoot. It just gives me a confidence boost whenever I listen to that album.

American Life since its release, even after 20 years, cannot get enough of that album. 

But the older I am, I listen to Ray of Light more and more

Used to play COADF to death when it was released, like on daily basis, multiple times, for years.. Now, not that much

I rarely listen to her albums in full anymore. Mostly, I randomly play her songs.  Though since getting back into Vinyl, I have been playing True Blue in it's entirety, the most.  My second would most likely be her debut album.
