As far as I can tell the only thing happening on July 14, 2023 is the re release of MDNA on Vinyl, I've checked twitter and can't see where this new album rumor came from, and een if there was a new album coming next month wouldn't there be preorders up by now?

They are the last 2 songs on that "list", yes... but we don't know the order of the pages, it could be the end of the first act or the second act too. .

It could also be a to-do list of videos that have yet to be filmed..

I think that the album rumor announcement on the 14th is a reach. But it's possible that we could get the Max Martin song on that date (just speculating).
