…okay fine, let’s imagine the Confessions Tour ending after La Isla Bonita. Or Reinvention Tour ending after Crazy for You. Or Drowned World ending after Lo Que Siete La Mujer.

You’d feel a little cheated after missing those amazing finales, no?

Or god forbid she starts the abridged shows again, imagine Confessions starting with the Confessions Interlude or Reinvention with American Life. Missing integral parts of the respective shows.

So why is this any different? Is it because the ending is lackluster this time around? If that’s the case, then maybe there’s a larger discussion to be had around the show itself, because for past shows, simply chopping the beginning and / or end would have been unacceptable to fans. Madonna shows aren’t a “gig” they’re a show with an arc and deserve to be presented in their full form. 

These are premium shows after all. Fans deserve the full experience. So I feel really bad for everyone who showed up tonight. Her team did an awful job with the timing, unless they didn't get the message that this is unacceptable and get their ducks on a row for future dates, there will be rage... LMAO 🤣 

Like the queen herself.. fans are very VOCAL!

Yes, I felt very much the same about her more into it and relaxed.  Last night, I'm sure the tech issue threw her off, but she actually handled the delay pretty well.

The woman simply does not do bad intros. I love Nothing Really Matters as the opener. It grows fonder w each viewing. I like the way she's added, seems like, 2 bars at the end of a verse ( because of youuuuu.... then extra bars b4 the beat hits). It lingers like an echo. It happens twice in the song and is very effective and beautiful.
