Looks like an AI edit of one of the Interview  Magazine 2010 photoshoot outtake.

Outtake from what? My guess this is photoshopped or AI generated.  Something is totally off regarding the eye, which is known to happen during AI or if someone poorly photoshopped an image.  If it's not AI generated, I'm betting someone just photoshopped her face on someone else's body.

This reminds me… I was looking at news footage from last year and it looked like the bbc used a madonnaluvin photo edit from 1991 when announcing Madonna had been hospitalized

Awful...ive noticed those pics have been spreading. I saw when talking about michael jackson they used a heavily edited pic and its like why? Madonna was young and looked flawless! Wouldn't be surprised if their photos gave her body dysmorphia

I think it’s because the people editing the news just Google their names and don’t realise the photos have been edited

It looks like a MadonnaLuvin edit. That's why the sharp noisy definition of the mouth and eyes  and blurred on the rest. Also the bad colouring. They do the edits with a phone app that tunes things partially and badly not  with photoshop (or knowledge)
