I didn't realize 80s Madonna was so... controversial.. amongst the fanbase. Into the Trash.. really?

I don't think you understand my anger. It's not that she's doing 80's stuff, it's the fact that she's doing the same songs from the 80's + 1 surprise song once in a blue moon and that she's ignoring her best album, yes her best, ray of Light for the second time in a row in addition to Bedtime Stories, Confessions on a Dance Floor and American Life.

 

You would expect her to finally pull out some of the 90's stuff with an album like Rebel Heart and she does the EXACT opposite, and we all know why she did it. She flopped with rebel Heart and she feels insecure including a lot of the songs from that album and not doing all 80's hits to please the FUCKING casual fans that don't give a single shit about her.

Honestly, The only era by Madonna I don't like is the whole Evita thing, so I ignored it (except for the Don't Cry For Me Argentina Miami Mix cuz that's how I roll). I certainly wouldn't go around stomping like a brat because she sang a few songs from that era on a tour or, in your case, might sing a few songs from that era on a tour.

I, for one, am going to enjoy every minute of my M shows, whether she sings the phone book or not.  I think often we forget how lucky we are that she is even still touring, much less putting in the effort she does to her shows.  If you've never seen her live, I'm sorry, but the DVD(s) don't do her justice AT ALL.

 

Opening night won't come around again for years, so let's let the music make the people come together...
