No.  It's not the same shirt she wore when she was younger.  Besides, that one is a crop top, the one she is wearing now is a regular t-shirt. Not only that, her chest is much bigger for her to even to fit in the one she wore when she was 19 (not 16).  Apparently her stylist found a replica and gave it to Madonna. I appreciate and respect the work it took to do this, but I reeeeeeeaaallllly hope that she wouldn't even consider a direction like this.  The top one is the only one that's marginally Madonna-esque.  The others seem a little too K-pop or something.

It wasn't much work. I just went to Leonardo.ai, typed a sentence, then clicked generate and that's what it gave me. I got like 20 images in a minute. I told it to give me a modern reinvented 80s Madonna look.
