Madonna has just been hit with another class action lawsuit, this time from a disgruntled fan who alleges her “Celebration Tour” was overly sexual and disrespectful to fans.

 

As reported by TMZ, a fan named Justen Lipeles filed the suit against Madonna, claiming that concertgoers were presented with “****ography without warning” and were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.” He also alleges that the artist encouraged fans to strip, though, reportedly, it was less of a sexual request and had more to do with the high temperatures within the venue. (Madonna addressed her preference for heat back in April, calling out the production staff of her Miami show for blasting the air conditioning.)

 

Lipeles was also unhappy with the performance, as the suit also includes complaints related to the show’s delayed start, alleged instances of lip-syncing, and the aforementioned high temperatures.

Sure, sure, it's a fan!  LOL! If they were offended by The Celebration Tour for being overly sexual (which it wasn't) then I'd hate to see how they would have reacted to the Girlie Show where there was a full on orgy going on.  Then there's that simulated masturbation scene on the BAT.   This ain't no fan!  You can't tell me a fan in 2024, sue Madonna for being over sexual?  LOL! Do they know who she is?  She spent her whole career pushing the boundaries on sex. I can't see this even making

This ain't no fan!  You can't tell me a fan in 2024, sue Madonna for being over sexual?  LOL! Do they know who she is?  She spent her whole career pushing the boundaries on sex. I can't see this even making it to court.  I feel like this would be laugh out of court.  This is just a case of someone trying to cash in.  This includes the lawyer who obviously is scamming his client out of money, trying to convince there is a chance of a winning case here. :laughing:

It's crazy that he's making a big fuss when he went to a show that was pretty late in the tour.  Seems like enough time to see videos all over social media and sell your tickets to a REAL fan but you know... I would say money makes people do stupid things but it's not like he's even gonna make any from this. :lol:

Guys, check out this info! He is employed as a clerk at his family's law firm in LA. It's clearly all a scam to get the family law firm in the spotlight by suing Madonna for clout!!! The most pathetic things i've ever seen. I hope this Law Firm loses their reputation and are exposed as a pathetic, money-hungry business! :angry:

His name is Justen Lipeles and he works at Lipeles Law Group. The founder of the Law Firm is an attorney named Kevin Lipeles, probably his Dad, lmao.
