I suspect that’s just her recording dialogue for that bank/rio commercial . Cos I can’t see why she’d dress in the same outfit to record music. Maybe the surprise is some BTS reel or something?

The first is her recording the dialogue for the bank advert.  Again, her photographer isn't going to be teasing new music.  It's funny some are trying to go there. At best, this has something to do with some photo opportunity he's gotten.

And he always reposting stories where he's tagged with his pictures. So it's nothing new and really not intentional with "unexpected" post.

In his mind, and regarding his life it might be something "Unexpected", but it seems to me that not everyone who works with Madonna isn't always going to be posting Madonna related info. He does have his own life where other things can be happening for him that he's excited about.
