According to some "insiders" DrownedMadonna is correct and the 3 "classics" that she has never perform on tour and that are part of the setlist are "Frozen on fire", "Material Gworrllll" & "Hung up on Tokischa".

Yes Physical attraction was rehearsed during MDNA. 

I've also heard it was rehearsed for Blond Ambition and then replace by where's the party

Finally someone with common sense.

Besides, she has plenty of other remarkable 80’s singles she can perform. Don’t understand the obsession with PA being performed - and I also think it’s a good song.

I don’t get the obsession with Rescue Me. I love it but she doesn’t have that voice anymore. I’d rather have a ballad (This Used/I’ll Remember/You’ll See).
