In the meantime Diablo got her first Tony nomination for writing the book of the musical "Jagged little pill" (which left me a little disappointed when I saw it, the story felt too intricate, but only a few shows were eligible this year). In the last M story they are commenting her punk song "Shit on the ground", but the instrumental snippet you hear is from another unknown song I think!!

I dunno. I guess everyone’s taste is different. As a trained dancer myself I think she is quite exceptional, and fluid in her movements and expression. But you’re right she is very different than her mother. I don’t think Madonna would suit the type of lyrical dance Lola is displaying. Which combines a few different types of movements. I could watch her all day.

Man, Madonna fans can really be something else... her maxis are finally getting uploaded to her online catalogue (which should have been done years ago), and fans still manage to complain about it not being done the right way...

I quite like this approach. All maxis from an album the same day can be overwhelming and you end up not caring for some of the remixes if there are a lot. I wouldn't mind one old digital single from Madonna every week, or two every month! As long as they keep them coming. You know what would be amazing? Digital single + remastered video combo. From the sound of it and the rythm speed it could very well be "Despereately seeking Susan" (it has been described to me once as sounding similar to Spagna "Easy lady").

Yes, she really does look good! I think fans sometimes don't understand that phone cameras distort your facial proportions, especially the cheekbones, when taking closeups which is what she often does. On videos she look way better. And of course she looks a bit unnatural, she's had work done, she's 62... although she sometimes exaggerates on the fillers, I think some fans don't realize that the alternative would be this face with another 20 years on top:

Plastic Surgery and cosmetic procedures are OK when trying to preserve your natural features and needs to be done smart and cautiously. In my opinion her 2006 face (photo below) was the most perfect she had looked since 1995, and that's the face she should have aimed to preserve. It was sexy yet it showed some natural maturity. Instead of choosing enlargements with fillers (cheeks, jawline and chin) to keep the skin tight she should have focused on cosmetic machines like facial radio frequency that tightens the skin and eliminates sagging. RF literally makes the skin stick back to the bone, there are some really effective machines nowadays. Skin that sticks to the bone (with no sagging) will always be sexier than pillow face, regardless of having a wrinkle here or there. Instead of doing whatever she did to her nose, I would have aimed to keep the tip smaller and lifted (with age the tip falls and the nose grows) as in the younger days. If a face lift was absolutely necessary I would have gone for a conservative mini lift that would not alter the features, especially the eyes and eyebrows. Checking the results that the doctor you are choosing has achieved on other patients is critical before doing a face lift, a bad face lift can completely destroy your features and make you look unnatural and 'cat-like'. Always a more conservative face lift approach will go a longer way than an aggressive lift.
