The thing is that that very scene doesn't appear on the movie and there are no background noise from the club so it's clear the scene doesn't come from the movie. I only found that very scene in the "Vision quest making of" video on Youtube but the quality is atrocious and there's the man talking over during that scene. So two solutions, they got their hands on the channel master who aired the Vision quest making of (and so they probably have many more sequences, if not the full club set with studio sound and no voice over or the second solution the full performances she has recorded for the movie are around (and there are strong chances she also performed "Warning Signs" as the song has been discared at very last minute). The movie demos are absolutely stunning and i really want it yo leak. Anyway that clip show us that something is doing the rounds...

I can't believe some people thought that that short video was an official trailer. I still think that the video won't come out this year, which is absolutely ridiculous. To be honest, I've been rather frustrated this week seeing how much effort someone like Kylie Minogue puts into her album releases. Not only that, but she seems to have a team committed to making her go number 1 in the UK, at the least. And then she actually PERFORMS (thus, promotes) the music during the album release week. Then, she also successfully delivers an online concert (heavily edited and all!). It just makes me think the little effort, creativity and overall thought there was behind everything related to Madame X. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the album and the tour, but I was always on edge — few AND bad interviews, never-ending problems during the tour, bad press, bad attitude etc — and it just seemed she was in a bad and confrontational mood (more than usual!) all along. Now this DVD/video release (whatever ends up being) has been in the works for ages with no sign of release at all... Honestly, unless there's a big release for this (which I doubt), whatever momentum there was, is gone. So many wasted opportunities throughout this era. Gone are the days of exciting Madonna releases every year or so. Sometimes I feel Madonna enjoys the brattiness and attention that being "Madonna" affords her, but she's really not interested in the work, success, or fame anymore. I respect her desire to probably focus on her family life more — she's earned it! — but it's frustrating and at times, sad how we've arrived to the present. Her albums come and go rather quickly nowadays and I suspect this live release will be a "fans only" thing in terms of its impact. Anyone else feeling the same? Sorry for the rant!

I am in contact with TheTagPolice on Instagram DM ever since he’s been releasing rare gems last year. I asked about this small clip from “Vision Quest” and said it’s from a Making Of and not a b-roll which I originally asked about. It’s just curious because that specific clip hasn’t been seen before and it does look like it could be from an actual Making Of featurette or even a very rare news report, which would make sense since TheTagPolice confirmed he has a lot of connections and access to TV networks or something of that kind. The audio however sounds like it was from the movie and was put for this clip TheTagPolice posted. I do hope one day we get a full b-roll of “Crazy For You” as we need more Madonna shots and Madonna singing in that bar!

I’m not in favor of talking politics in the madonna forums either. I prefer it in the Member forum in most cases if it’s not related to Madonna(but this one is related to Madonna), but I assure you we are a great mixed bag of people and fans of all political beliefs here. Also, just because someone is left or right means they are a bad person. Many reasons can shape why people are who they are and that’s not a bad thing but a good one that keeps our world interesting, diverse and free.

Yes i think so. Looking at this tv report they seem to have many unseen parts of the shooting. You can even see the actual shooting with the camera and all. If he has the clean masters i wonder if he has the full performances. And the big question is, is Warning Signs on it ?! Most likely she also performed that one.

The guy from thetagpolice seems to have access to many TV archive videos so that may be where he got this, probably from a clean making of as you said. Love how these pop up so many years later

I don't think it's a montage like that. If you listen carefully in the movie making of posted above the songs is also studio version (no movie background noises) so maybe they got a clean transfer of that tv special without any voice over from the tv host.

No offence, but this trailer is just horrible. Not one part of it makes me want to see this recording.

First off, you can't just pluck something from 1960 and apply it to today's politics with no other statement. I'm sure in the 60's BIPOC were used by both sides as a political tool rather than actually having them be a part of the process. I would argue only Republicans continue to do it to this day. And yes, if you (not you specifically) chose to vote for Trump, you voted for him KNOWING he was hostile against large groups of people. That is inexcusable and un-American... and not debatable in my opinion. That is not "white saviourism", it's standing up for what's right.

I agree with a lot of this, and sure, she totally did some of it for the shock value, but I refuse to agree that she was in any way seriously promoting pedophilia, and I refuse to allow anyone to condemn her for it if they also aren't going to denounce Nabokov ("Lolita") or the countless other literary examples of older/younger sexuality. And if you are a trumpist how can you be a Madonna fan at the same (or any other progressive pop star) ? How can you support this man who is only in what he does for himself, who hates people ? I guess you have not been outside of the US for a while or never, the image of your country is super tarnished abroad. People are no longer looking at the US fondly. Trump destroyed all that and i wonder if Biden & Harris will manage to completly restore this. Something broke.
