In one way I think exactly the same... But sometimes I see it a little reductive... I was talking the other day with my sisters and some of their friends and they start talking about Madonna and all of them thought more or less this: "I think Madonna is a myth but I miss the time when she was controversial for doing what she wanted to do. Now she looks more like "I do this not because I like it, I do it because it dislikes a lot of people". I think this is the biggest problem she have these days with the general public. They don't see her ass pictures or her grills or... as part of her artistic (and controversial) work. Yeah, there are lots of people that gets crazy in a bad way when she do this but there are millions of people too that think "Is the same ass picture over and over again??? She doesn't have interesting ideas anymore."

I didn't realise until the internet years that it was not released in the USA as it was a reasonably big hit here in the UK. I was quite obsessed with it at the time. It was on a jukebox and I nearly got punched in the face for playing it repeatedly. I do hope it gets some recognition with the upcoming re-releases, but won't be surprised if it doesn't.

Ostin thought there were too many Madonna singles out. So the deal was Crazy For You would be the only release from the soundtrack in the US.

That is what i'm saying. She'll keep doing it as long as there's one person protesting against it. I just hope they're not super long, noisy club remixes... I would love this project if the remixes actually brought new vibes and approaches to the song while keeping them pop and enjoyable. Also, I'm excited for the physical editions, they could really press some nice packagings for this one!

Ok so this is a screenshot of mikes computer. The way the tracks are arranged is looks very much to me like this is an eq mastering situation like I said earlier. I can’t see any over lap with the tracks and he’s using an Oxford EQ plug in which would add up.

Honey have you seen the album charts recently? It is littered with straight up represses of historical releases. I think rethought collection of some widely unavailable tunes is a hell of lot more exciting than a Like A Virgin coloured vinyl or whatever Golden Oldie album is clogging up the charts.
