  1. I just wanna say that I´m grateful and happy that M gave us a great and funny show. She put a lot of dedication: outfits, new remix and a new song, she worked with Megan Lawson and others people from her usual tour crew, giving a fun a clever choreography, even revisiting dance steps from past moments like S&S Tour and MDNA Tour And she looks beautiful! (Y cantó en Español!)

  2. Each format has its own advantages and disadvantages. Why don't we let everyone to do what's best for them or they like best? Also, formats don't compete with each other, most of us hardcore fans buy the physicals and also stream, and even buy the digital music on iTunes still, like myself. But even if you'd only listen to your Madonna music on vinyl, that'd be just fine if that's what you prefer.

  5. People complaining about her vocal delivery should check out Diana Ross at Glastonbury. She’s getting older and failed to hit any of her famous notes, but nobody gave a shit, they were too busy living their best life and dancing and appreciating a legend. People need to get off M’s back…the fans most of all.

  6. First of all, a true racist or misogynist is full time and not just for moments. On the other hand, taking into account that these words have hatred and contempt in common, then how can someone be a misogynist (hate women) and at the same time be a fan of a woman? That simple question is enough to demonstrate the inconsistency of calling someone a misogynist or racist. Once for saying I don't like hip hop/rap, a person on this forum not only accused me of being a racist but even posted a YouTube video about white supremacy and music. Nothing is further from reality because I'm not white and I don't like other musical genres either, so his/her prejudgment was evident. In conclusion, I think that racist and misogynist are very strong words that should not be used lightly and serve as a fashionable weapon to suppress uncomfortable comments. With a little more intelligence/wisdom, you can respond to these comments with dignity and not get carried away by anger or, what a contradiction, stereotypes.

  7. New monthly listeners peak for Madonna on Spotify: 22.108.045 monthly listeners (#151 overall) Looks like Warner's strategy releasing the standard "Finally Enough Love" on streaming first is working into bringing people to stream her music.

  9. Well Madonna pissed people off left and right for the past 40 years so they’re gonna be more critical. Also in many instances she doesn’t come across as genuine anymore and she seems very attention seeking while not delivering as much as she did in the past. And least but not last she’s very reluctant to pleasing her fan base and very eager to please her shitty manager which annoys most of her existing fans. Strong minded women that put themselves out there as much as she does always get more scrutiny. It’s just a fact. But some of us still love her haha

  16. Warner is also "forcing" me to buy a $170 vinyl. And a triple CD. I don't need to stream Madonna's songs and I hate to hear compressed music.

  17. This is why Madonna's streaming numbers suck. Warner is out there trying to force us to stream these 16 tracks and for what

  18. Yes definitely. The originals in their respective single folders and these as a full separate album.

  21. I do think that a lot of people are sometimes misogynistic, agestist and racist on here. They get upset when they are called out and lash out rather than dealing with their own behavior. I do not think that it is wrong to call these things out. Otherwise, the whole forum becomes a breeding ground for bad actors.

  22. Yes, that happens but clearly that's a mixing thing in this case. Offer Nissim cut the "Took me from heaven..." part to go directly to the chorus there and that's why the beginning of the "t" goes into "Living for loveee...", making it sound like a "t". It's quite clear what happened in this case, in my opinion. I'm not complaining, though, I think it's cute and love that we get to call it TIVING FOR LOVE.

  26. I will continue streaming the shit out of Madonna's work. I own albums of my favorite bands and singers, but more in a collectible way since I don’t even have enough time to play them lol. 🥲 Streaming made my life easier. Take my coins, mom!

  27. I also noticed it too. Even with other artists, they sell songs or albums that are 192kHz but if you look at it, it all just 44.1kHz. I noticed it with some "The Clash" HQ releases, when they say it's 192kHz but when I check it on Spek, it's just 44.1 kHz. Just weird.

  31. It's definitely more complicated than the old physical system where 1 copy = 1 sale. Also, there are two levels to understand streaming: - 1st: worldwide, the most important thing now is that it is worldwide and the profit is the goal, not the charts. Of course the mega hits are going to chart anyway cause charts are supposed to reflect what's popular. Just like before, of course, but now you don't need to separate markets: the whole world is your market. - 2nd: of course, each country has their own charts and a song can be a hit in a country but not in others. And each country has their own system of how to count streaming into their national charts (most of the time is a points system where a number of streams equals the value of a 1 sale). Do you have to listen to the whole album for it to count as a stream? No. Total streams of an album that week are added to the album and X number of streams on each country equal 1 sale. The album with more sales (physical plus equivalent from streaming) is the #1 on the country that week. How long do you have to listen to a song for it to count? 30 seconds at least. When you listen to a song for 30 sec. at least is considered 1 stream. That's why popular songs got shorter and shorter with time, the shorter your song is, more chances for having it streamed more times and make more money. Example: "Frozen" Sickick, 2:00. What if you only play an individual song, does it count towards the album or as a single? Both. If you play it from an album, it will count to that album but also to the song. I always stream on Spotify and YouTube, but I have no clue how it works. It's hard! I don't even get it completely, to be honest, hahaha. Just stream (or listened to your physical media, every format is cool) and be happy ^^

  33. I'll copy what I posted yesterday on the Spotify thread: The "Finally Enough Love" version released now won't chart yet, it doesn't have a chance. Streams are counted from Friday to Thursday, I think (depending on the country), but anyway she won't have enough streams to enter the charts. Legacy artists like her rely heavily on the physical sales still. This strategy is weird and there's no way a now popular artist like, let's say Taylor, Adele, any of the biggest, would do this now, cause they generate enough streams to have a proper impact on their first week chart position, so they need the streaming + physical sales to have a great first week. On Madonna's case, streaming is going to be a small piece of the 1st week pie anyway, so it's a good strategy having the Standard edition released a month a half previous to the general release, to try to bring some old school fans into streaming until August 19 is here. She's not losing anything - in any case she can only win in trying to get more fans into streaming and that way increase her numbers. Her big week is going to be the week after August 19, she will have a strong debut with the physicals out.

  36. Yes, but there is still that "T" in the background... Actually if you check the multitrack, esp. track LFL 51 M verse lead voc, you clearly hear that "T" and it's because that's how the vocal track was rendered. Whenever they use the acapella, it's there and that's what happened here. LFL 51 M verse lead voc.mp3

  38. I am not sure if that was mentioned before but on "Hung Up" there is a moment when she says: "Tokischa, ¿qué es lo que es? Yo quiero un culo nuevo" "Tokischa, what is that? I want a new ass". 😂

  40. I agree 100 xr cent. If you have seen Madonna´s body though all her carreer: she had this small butt and that´s they way her body always has been. Her actual figure is not her natural body, ergo she can´t move as she did. And you can see this affected to her hips. This has been probably one of her worst decitions ever, professionally. I agree absolutely.

  41. Look, as an ass-lover I can’t say I’m not fascinated by it. Smart costuming has toned it down lately but it’s hugely disproportionate to her frame. That Oprah interview quote about a big ass keeps echoing in my mind. I would love to know if she’s completely happy with it…

  42. I find it funny that you've been talking pages about movements, slowing down, ass, surgery and no one ever talks about voice. She didn't have vocal folds surgery, yet she sings less and less. A new formula with less choreo would mean more attention to music, vocals, arrangement and instrumentation - which would be great for me - but she doesn't seem interested in taking this direction. Her voice is getting weak (as proven by a few lines sung partly live in Celebration) and she seems less confident about her voice. This is my first concern. If she focused more on singing she could deliver fantastic shows with less dancing but with her absolutely remarkable stage presence.

  43. Madonna's clumsy movement isn't just because she is getting older. She had a slim yet healthy dancer's figure all her life, and her hips were beautiful, flat dancer's. At one point, however, she made a huge fake butt and has to live with at least 8kg of fake butts. Because of that, the center of gravity, which she has been used to all her life, has changed, and when she tries to move with the heavy fake thing in her hips, her joints are strained and her movement is slow. If Madonna's huge butts were not fake ones made by plastic surgery, but grew naturally with age, she wouldn't move as dull as she is now at least. I still really do hope Madonna will get rid of that huge, ugly fake butts. Because It's simply a tragedy. by the way, above photos taken from this video.

  44. I just watched Celebration in full and honestly, I cried. This was what I wanted to see. Sure I wanted her to do Into The Groove, Deeper and Deeper, Vogue... etc. Who cares. This seemed well choreographed, well thought out. This is where she shines. And holy fuck did she shine. Sure her movements were simple, but maybe that is what she can do now. I would take this type of performance over anything that could put her in danger or be too strenuous on her body. She slayed. This was so funners. I'm still mad this had nothing to do with Pride. lolololol

  45. I don’t know why most of you keeps mentioning her age & how she’s old & still dance & sing like if it’s a miracle or something… totally weird… a 64 year old is NOT that old! Please we need to STOP with this age excuse.

  46. At this point I'm half expecting her to either snog one of her kids on stage or show us her bumhole. Anything to focus the attention away from how dreadful the performance will be.
